The Cleanroom 100 is perfect for local targeted control of any kind of particulate contamination including bacteria, viruses and mould. Designed for healthcare settings, the IQAir Cleanroom 100 air cleaner is suitable for any kind of indoor medical environment and provides an ideal solution for where the HVAC system is insufficient to cope with the broadest range of airborne particulate.
Each IQAir Cleanroom 100 air filtration unit is self-contained, requiring only mains power to operate. This ease of installation, coupled with the ability to move each unit to the location it is required means that all hospital staff can deploy the unit wherever it is needed to control critical airborne hygiene issues.
At only 61cm tall the IQAir Cleanroom 100 is easily accommodated in even the smallest of patient rooms. Despite its minimal dimensions, it is capable of a high airflow rate of up to 500 m3/h.When floor space is limited, the IQAir Cleanroom 100 air cleaner can easily be wall mounted through the use of the VMF wall mount kit. For ease of use, the control panel can be side mounted.
Prevent any unauthorised tampering with the IQAir Cleanroom 100 air cleaner’s filters and power connection. A secure arm-locking fixture prevents unauthorised access to or removal of the system filters. A separate power inlet fixture locks the IQAir Cleanroom 100’s power lead, preventing unauthorised unplugging of the power lead at the base of the system.The control panel of the IQAir Cleanroom 100 air cleaner can also be locked to avoid unwanted tampering with the settings. The lock function is indicated by a star symbol on the LCD display.
The IQAir Cleanroom 100 air cleaning system is equipped with an electronic ‘Filter Life Monitor’ which calculates the remaining life of the system’s filters. When other manufacturers quote a fixed filter life, no account is taken of pollution levels, fan speed, or the system’s actual operating time.The IQAir Cleanroom 100 air cleaning system monitor calculates the remaining filter life based on past use of the system, and also it’s likely future use based on an internal database of filter life under specific conditions.
The predicted life of each individual filter is displayed on the LCD display of the IQAir Cleanroom 100, in remaining hours of use. This provides useful information in addition to the filter life LEDs for scheduling maintenance.
The Cleanroom 100 removes particulate pollution over two filtration stages:
1. IQAir Cleanroom 100 Anti-Microbial PreMax Filter F8 (S)
The Anti-Microbial PreMax Filter removes coarse and fine particulate matter, thus protecting subsequent stages.
2. IQAir Cleanroom 100 Anti-Microbial HyperHEPA Filter H13 (L)
The Anti-Microbial HyperHEPA stage removes at least 99% of all particulate pollution down to 0.003 microns in size.
The IQAir Cleanroom 250 hospital air cleaner offers HEPA H13 particulate filtration as well as high-quality gas and odour filtration for the effective control of the broadest range of airborne contamination. Individually tested anti-microbial HyperHEPA filters set the Cleanroom Series apart from all other mobile air cleaners. The anti-microbial filters destroy microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, and protozoans on contact. The IQAir Cleanroom 250 air cleaner has anti-tampering arms and an intelligent microchip-controlled filter life monitor.
The modular design of the IQAir Cleanroom 250 hospital air cleaner is engineered to deliver maximum effectiveness across a wide range of contaminants. Dependent on filtration requirements, the IQAir Cleanroom 250 gas stage filtration can be specified for either broad spectrum filtration with the V5 Cell MG or a range of specialist application filters. For particularly dusty environments an initial coarse particle filter is available to protect each subsequent filter.
Micro-Particle: Air is drawn into the Pre-Max™ Pre-Filter of the IQAir Cleanroom 250 hospital air cleaner, capturing and retaining particulates such as coarse and fine dust, pollen, and mould spores, and protecting subsequent filters.
Granular Activated Carbon: The IQAir Cleanroom 250 hospital air cleaner’s V5-Cell™ Gas & Odour Filter uses granular activated carbon absorption to eliminate a wide range of volatile organic compounds and other harmful chemicals and gases.
HyperHEPA: The H13 anti-microbial HyperHEPA filter used in the IQAir Cleanroom 250 eliminates fine and ultrafine particles, including bacteria, viruses and combustion particles.
The capability of an air filtration unit to effectively filter all the air in a room implies that no air bypasses the filters. The sealing within each IQAir Cleanroom 250 filter, the filter to the housing, and the housing itself are an essential requirement. The innovative IQAir 3D ultra seal edge in groove seal between each filter frame and housing has been developed to ensure perfect seals throughout each IQAir Cleanroom 250 hospital air cleaner unit.

You can see AQI and PM2.5 readings along with a data history chart which tracks changes in pollution levels. The IQAir OutFlow is a ducting adaptor that enables an IQAir Air Filtration unit to be used to create a negative or a positive pressure environment with minimal building works. The IQAir Outflow ensures that any air from the negative pressure isolation room has been filtered and therefore is clean before extraction. When used in a positive pressure environment, it ensures the air entering the isolation room is free from contamination. The IQAir OutFlow is used to create cleanroom areas in hospitals, laboratories and manufacturing operations where either a positive or negative pressure environment is required.
The IQAir InFlow ducting kit enables IQAir standalone filtration systems to draw air through a wall or a window vent and provide clean air into an adjacent room. The IQAir InFlow, coupled with an IQAir Filtration unit, is a simple and effective way to create a positive pressure isolation room; keeping all airborne contaminants out of a clean area. The IQAir Vertical Mount Fixture Kit (VMF) allows each of IQAir's compact air filtration systems to be wall-mounted, to virtually any structurally sound vertical surface. The VMF is compatible with the IQAir Cleanroom, GCX, GC, Dental and HealthPro Series. The VMF is not compatible with certain other accessories, including the VM FlexVac, FlexVac, VM InFlow and InFlow. The IQAir Vertical Mount Fixture Kit is desirable when floor space is unavailable, or at a premium, or where the IQAir system would present an obstacle if floor-based. The IQAir Vertical Mount Fixture Kit can also improve the filtration performance of the air filtration system when located at a higher position and when dealing with pollutants with a rising flow pattern (for example tobacco smoke and chemical fumes). The IQAir Vertical Mount Fixture Kit can also be used to replicate a fume cupboard, when placed directly over a pollution source. Using the IQAir Vertical Mount Fixture Kit does not restrict your ability to replace filters. Filters (including the PF40 coarse pre-dust filter) can be easily replaced while the system is still mounted on the IQAir Vertical Mount Fixture Kit.
